We pay special attention to the security of your personal data, and we do everything to ensure that it cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons. We provide the opportunity for you to request information about the data stored about you, and to have your data deleted upon your request in accordance with the legal requirements.

The data controller processes personal data based on your voluntary consent, the purpose of the data processing is sending newsletters, for which your name and e-mail address are used. Providing the data is voluntary; however, without providing the data you will not be able to receive newsletters.

Personal data is processed until the withdrawal of your consent, that is, until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The data controller may use external service providers for the processing of personal data, who qualify as data processors and act solely on the instructions of the data controller. Such a data processor is in particular the hosting service provider, which ensures the technical operation of the website and the security of the stored data. The data controller indicates the data of the data processors in accordance with the actual implementation of the data processing. If the data controller does not use additional data processors or no data transfer takes place, the data controller indicates this separately.

Personal data is primarily stored on servers located within the territory of the European Union. If personal data were to be transferred outside the European Union, the data controller ensures the appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, in particular the application of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses.
